Gold Metal across 9 states – 2002 National Spa and Pool Institute Region X – Permanently Enclosed Pool Category
This pool was built and entered into the competition by Anchor Pools in Easley, South Carolina. Melissa Sanderson created the actual design.
Builder Architect Kitchen Design Award – 2002
Aset Custom Baths and Kitchens in Seneca, SC entered the competition. Bernie Dion at Aset, Melissa Sanderson and the homeowner created the design.
SC Home Builders Association 2004 Pinnacle Awards – 1st place for $799,000.00 to $999,000.00 Category.
Melissa Sanderson designed the plans, helped with the architectural selections and the interior finishes of this home. Dalco Custom Homes in Fair Play SC constructed the home. As a team we are very proud to have won this award.
